Nicole Davies, appointed as Chief People Officer at Valet Living, brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished senior human resources professional and executive coach.  Joining Valet Living in 2017 as the Vice President of Talent Optimization, Nicole’s journey has been marked by transformation in leadership.  In her expanded role as Vice President of People & Culture, she led the team of Human Resources Directors and played a key role in Valet Living winning three Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence awards.  With a proven track record of implementing innovative solution and winning accolades for strategi initiatives, Nicole is poised to drive the human capital strategy at Valet Living, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and empowerment. Prior to Valet Living, Davies was a Client Relations Executive and HR Team Leader at ADP TotalSource. Davies earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and her Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University. Davies also maintains her credentials as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
